The innovative basis for tomorrow's healthcare solutions
The open, standardized, and proven technical standards (especially openEHR, FHIR) that we use at HIP CDR enable healthcare institutions to develop new innovative healthcare applications for their needs. Unlike other manufacturers, the data connects without expensive and proprietary manufacturer-dependent interfaces.
Semantic interoperability
The data is not only stored in the HIP CDR, the medical meaning of the data is also provided by openEHR. This allows data to be compared and processed automatically and forms an optimal basis for its use in a medical context. In the future, this will enable a wide variety of actors in the healthcare sector to use technologies such as clinical decision support, artificial intelligence and analytics more efficiently. Thus, leading to a substantial relief of our health care system.
Manufacturer independence
We free health data from their manufacturer-dependent “data prisons”. We consequently rely on open standards. Even the core of HIP CDR is open source -so the healthcare facility always retains full control over its data.

Expert in telephone inbound consulting / call-center agent
You have experience in telephone consulting in the field of health insurance or inbound telephony of a telemedicine center or a call center? Alternatively, you have a completed training and/or experience in health care? Then you’ve come to the right place. Join our team as a Telephone Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for the appointment service for health insurances, statutory and private. With our appointment service, we offer a hybrid concept of analog and digital services for appointment placement with years of expertise and more than one million cases per year.
